Payment
To secure your booking we require a 50 % deposit. We will send you an invoice and a credit card authorization form with detailed information about payments via email. We take Mastercard and Visa.
Cancellation policy
If cancelled or modified up to 60 days before date of arrival, 4 % cancellation fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds with cancellation periods as a result of airline delays, strikes, political unrest, world events, weather conditions, travel advisories, including hurricanes or personal emergencies. We strongly recommend travel insurance in order to safeguard against such potential circumstances.
Your credit card will be processed the agreed amount in BELIZE DOLLARS (not USD), we are not responsible for fees applied to the charges from your credit card provider.
